Kate Plummer is a senior Yoga teacher and therapist with over 15 years of full-time teaching experience. Her work is grounded in the Viniyoga approach, an adaptable, breath-led method that emphasises intelligent practice design and the individual application of Yoga. She holds a 500-hour British Wheel of Yoga Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and additional professional registrations, alongside many years of ongoing study in Yoga philosophy and teaching methodology. Based in France and working internationally online, Kate teaches both dedicated students and experienced teachers seeking a deeper, more thoughtful approach to Yoga practice and teaching.
